Terms of Service — SulitLend

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on SulitLend, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SulitLend is a loan management platform that helps informal lenders track loans, repayment schedules, and collections. SulitLend does not provide lending capital and is not a financial institution.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use SulitLend to manage legitimate lending activities. You may not use the service for illegal lending, usurious interest rates prohibited by Philippine law, or harassment of borrowers.

4. Free Tier Limitations

The free plan allows up to 3 active loans and 1 borrower. Paid plans unlock additional capacity. Limits are enforced server-side.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

SulitLend is provided as-is. We are not liable for business decisions made based on data in the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
