1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account. We also collect data about your borrowers (names, phone numbers, addresses) that you enter into the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate SulitLend, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, payment reminders), and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are stored using Argon2id hashing. We use Sentry for error monitoring with PII scrubbing enabled.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time from your account settings. Deletion is scheduled 30 days from request to allow for recovery.
5. Borrower Data
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your borrowers before entering their information into SulitLend. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor.
